A client from the mainland approached us to assist in renovating a listed building in need of extensive restoration. Our initial task was to clear years of accumulated debris and prepare the site for scaffolding to stabilise the structure. This proved challenging, as the largest access point was only 700mm wide, requiring our team to remove debris using wheelbarrows manually. Despite the demanding conditions, we successfully cleared the site and are excited to continue working towards restoring this historic building to a habitable standard in the near future.
